No knead Bread
We love fresh baked bread in our house, so much so that it barely makes it through the day. This no knead bread is perfect for that reason. It is quick, easy and great for little kids to make.
No Knead Bread
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
Before I start I like to warm the bowl in the oven first as I have found that it helps the bread to rise. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let sit 8-24 hrs at room temperature.
When ready, on a floured cutting board let bread rise 30 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 450 with dutch oven and lid inside. Once bread has rested, place in the dutch oven and cook covered in oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and leave in 7-15 minutes to get a golden crusty top.
